Off topic: I finally was able to catch “A Rainy Day In New York,” and the writing was well done. The characters had depth and felt believable, the interplay giving subtle dramatic tension to the young conflicted protagonists. The choice of locations visually rich; loved the tour of the museum, Minetta Lane, the piano bar.

I laughed two or three times, but the humor wasn’t gratuitous, it didn’t reach. The bonus was that I watched it as this maelstrom passed over the Delaware River.

I hope that I can find more unseen Allen films in this fish pond of a streaming service. With the strikes going on, I’m waiting for the return of the Test Pattern, or the American Flag blowin’ in the wind.

Hi Mr Allen. Thanks for great movies. I’ve written something nice and truthful about you. It’s about somewhere in the middle of the ‘MeToo’ section in endofhumanitybydonnacat.Wordpress.com

Hope you like it. Best wishes.
